There was a list of 6 things an average person shouldnt buy(boat,sports car,timeshare) Does ne1 know other 3?
I was listening to the Tom Leykis show last week and a caller mentioned a book by a financial expert that said that the “Average Joe” should not buy these 6 expensive-to-own items. I remember three of them: 1. Sports Car, 2. Boat, 3. Timeshare.
Does anybody know what the other 3 are????

I didn’t listen to that show and I’m not sure what the 3 other items are, but I could add my own to the list: SUVs, snowmobiles, ATVs and other useless motorized toys.
